The Quality Suites Oakville houses four banquet and meeting rooms for a variety of events. Each room can be set up to meet the specific needs of each event hosted. Northampton Room – The Northampton Room is located on the second floor of the hotel with a beautiful spiral staircase leading to an elegant reception area. Spacious flooring and a large window overlooking the picturesque Bronte Valley ensures that everyone can enjoy this room. Northampton Room is 1,250 square feet (50’x25’). Bronte Room –  The Bronte Room is located on the main floor of the hotel. Large windows covering the north wall of the room allow for sunlight during the day. The Bronte Room is perfect for meetings or banquets. This room is 816 square feet (34’x24’). Halton Room –  The Halton Room is located on the main floor of the hotel. Its’ quiet location in the hotel allows for an intimate atmosphere. This room is perfect for serious board meetings. The room is 302 square feet (20’x16’). Civitan Room –  The Civitan Room is located just inside our onsite restaurant, The Hampton’s. The room is brightly lit, with windows covering the majority of the walls. This room is perfect for dinner parties or small business meetings. The room is 384 square feet (16’x24’).
