Lisa Mancini is the Founder of Cakeoholics.  She began her cake decorating journey almost 10 years ago while working in a local cake shop and her love for creating art started even before that. As an artist who paints from her heart Lisa's creative artistic abilities can make all of your cake dreams come true to life, even the ones you think are just impossible to create.  Lisa has been professionally creating and decorating cakes since 2005 and attained her Master Cake Decorating Certificate issued by McCall's School of Cake Decoration located in Ontario, Canada.  Lisa is has completed the Confectionary Arts Programme certificate at the renowned cake decorating school, Bonnie Gordon School of  Cake Design, located in Toronto, Ontario.
