Event Confirmation
BobHawkins.com provides a written contract to every client to ensure that both parties are aware of all the details that have been agreed upon, including the location, date and time of the Jack & Jill, any extras (lighting, props, streamers, extra equipment, etc), the client’s contact information, the fee, and the deposit required at the time of booking.

Arrival Time
Our Disc Jockeys will arrive at your Jack & Jill at least one hour before the contracted starting time to ensure that the equipment is in place and tested before you and your guests arrive.
